Pipeline welding
We have nearly 20 state-of-the-art AGRU infrared welding machines, specializing in the production and processing of secondary‑assembly components for our customers. We not only ensure quality through meticulous mold control but also identify product shortcomings during the welding process, enabling continuous improvement and elevating overall product quality.
Mold development, injection molding processing
We operate a fully integrated mold‑making production line, equipped with lathes, milling machines, grinders, drilling machines, wire EDM, EDM spark machines, machining centers, extrusion equipment, injection molding machines, and more. Whether it’s product mold development or the fabrication of custom‑made components, we can handle everything seamlessly in a one‑stop service.
Production equipment
The company’s product line is supported by a comprehensive suite of specialized manufacturing and processing equipment, totaling over 300 units, including 20 high-efficiency extruders, 36 high-precision machining centers, 4 precision grinders, 50 dedicated injection molding machines for PVDF pipe fittings and valves, 45 high-precision CNC lathes, 3 mirror‑finish EDM machines, and 33 infrared pipe welding machines. Its testing equipment comprises more than ten instruments, such as a three‑coordinate measuring machine, a two‑dimensional measuring device, a thickness gauge, a spectrometer, a tensile tester, and a surface roughness tester.
