VSJOCO Zixing Yuguang Pipeline Systems Co., Ltd. was established in 2008. Its headquarters is located in Xicheng District, Beijing, while its manufacturing facility is situated at No. 18 Fuyuan Road, Luotang Subdistrict, Jiangyan District, Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province. The company enjoys convenient transportation and is very close to the Port of Shanghai, facilitating efficient freight logistics. Jiangyan is a renowned pipeline production hub, with a complete upstream–downstream industrial chain nearby, enabling us to control costs and ensure timely supply of raw materials.

The company currently operates two manufacturing facilities spanning over 60,000 square meters, with building areas of 25,000 and 38,000 square meters, respectively. Production workshops occupy 14,000 square meters, while warehouse space covers 3,000 square meters. We boast a highly skilled workforce, with more than 200 employees at present, including 12 designers who bring an average of five years of industry experience, as well as 30 seasoned technical specialists responsible for key functions such as product development, production, and quality control. Our facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art machinery—over 180 units in total—including 15 high-efficiency extruders, 36 high-precision machining centers, 4 precision grinders, 50 specialized injection molding machines for PVDF pipe fittings and valves, 15 high-precision CNC lathes, 3 mirror‑finish EDM machines, and 33 infrared pipe welding systems. Our testing equipment comprises more than ten instruments, such as a three‑coordinate measuring machine, a two‑dimensional measuring device, thickness gauges, spectrometers, tensile testers, and surface roughness testers. All these devices are sourced from internationally renowned brands and undergo regular maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal performance.

Our product manufacturing process comprises the following key steps: First, we source high-quality raw materials, which undergo rigorous quality inspections before being transferred to the production workshop. Standard products are processed in the injection‑molding workshop, while custom‑made items are manufactured in the machining workshop, tailored to meet each customer’s specific requirements. Our company operates Jiangsu Province’s first cleanroom production facility, enabling us to produce ultra‑high‑quality PVDF, FEP, and PFA fittings. In addition, we hold more than ten patents, which constitute a significant competitive advantage for our products.

Our factory’s annual output exceeds 200 tons of FEP, over 800 tons of PVDF, and more than 2,000 tons of PPH. At present, we can meet customers’ urgent order requirements by increasing shifts or optimizing our production processes, with the fastest turnaround time for a 20-ton order being just seven days.

The factory has an independent quality control department with a team of 20 members. All quality control personnel have received professional training and possess extensive experience in quality inspection. They become involved as early as the raw material procurement stage, rigorously monitoring every step of the production process. In addition, we are equipped with advanced quality‑testing equipment, including more than ten instruments such as a three‑coordinate measuring machine, a two‑dimensional measuring instrument, a thickness gauge, a spectrometer, a tensile testing machine, and a surface roughness tester.

Our products are manufactured and tested in strict accordance with international standards and have obtained certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and SGS. Additionally, we can customize products to meet specific customer requirements and comply with particular standards. During quality inspections, if any product is found to be non‑compliant, we promptly rework it or scrap it, ensuring that only qualified products leave the factory.

Our factory primarily manufactures fluoroplastic products, including pipe fittings, pipelines, ball valves, water guns, hinges, faucets, and more. Our pipe fittings encompass a wide range of models, such as PPH fittings, PVDF fittings, and PTFE fittings, which are widely used in construction projects as well as in highly demanding laboratories and chemical plants. Our pipelines include PPH pipes, PVDF pipes, and FEP/PFA hoses, suitable for a variety of operating environments. We place great emphasis on new product development, allocating 10% of our annual profits to R&D. Currently, we are developing PFA pipe fittings and nylon pipe fittings. These new products are expected to launch in the first half of 2025, where they will better meet market and customer needs in sectors such as energy storage, ultra-high voltage transmission, and the semiconductor industry.
