PPH and PVDF pipes and fittings, owing to their outstanding properties—excellent electrical insulation and corrosion resistance, superior temperature resistance and aging resistance, and the absence of leaching or contamination—are widely employed across the entire power‑generation spectrum, including thermal power, new energy, transmission and distribution, and nuclear power. Among these, PPH piping offers high cost‑effectiveness and good resistance to mild corrosion at moderate and low temperatures, making it ideal for routine applications such as desulfurization slurry transport in power plants and standard cooling circuits in substations. PVDF piping, by contrast, exhibits exceptional resistance to high temperatures, strong corrosive media, and radiation, with exceptionally high purity, and is typically deployed in demanding, high‑end applications—including ultrahigh‑voltage converter valve cooling with deionized water, transportation of high‑temperature acidic and alkaline chemicals in power plants, nuclear‑power sampling, and handling highly corrosive fluids in offshore wind farms and energy‑storage stations. When used in combination, these two materials effectively address challenges such as pipeline corrosion, scaling, and leakage in power‑system infrastructure, ensuring the long‑term stable operation of power‑generation equipment while reducing maintenance and operational costs.
