Water treatment
High-Purity Water and Clean Media Delivery: In fine chemical and pharmaceutical plants, high-purity water systems impose stringent requirements on piping materials. PPH pipes, owing to their superior material purity, smooth inner surfaces, and resistance to leaching impurities, are widely used in purified water and water for injection distribution systems. Test data indicate that the absolute roughness of the inner surface of PPH pipes is approximately 0.01 mm, lower than the 0.05 mm of stainless steel pipes, which helps minimize microbial adhesion and proliferation on the pipe walls.
Wastewater Treatment and Environmental Engineering: The wastewater treatment systems of chemical enterprises represent a key application area for PPH piping. Chemical wastewaters often contain a variety of corrosive constituents, and conventional metal pipelines are subject to significant corrosion risks in such environments. PPH pipes can be used for wastewater collection lines, inlet and outlet pipes of neutralization reactors, sludge discharge lines from sedimentation tanks, and effluent discharge pipelines.
