Photovoltaic
Throughout the entire photovoltaic manufacturing process, highly corrosive media such as hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid, alkaline solutions, high‑temperature chemical baths, and fluorine‑containing wastewater are encountered, while wafer cleanliness requirements are extremely stringent. All internal fluid‑handling lines for acids, bases, and ultrapure water, as well as the cleaning tanks, are constructed from PPH and PVDF materials. With their superior cleanliness, resistance to hydrofluoric acid and strong acids and bases, and absence of ion leaching, these materials prevent contamination of wafers and serve as critical fluid‑handling components in semiconductor wet‑process equipment.
In photovoltaic cleaning equipment, PVDF sheets can be used to manufacture pipelines, fittings, spray heads, nozzles, seals, filtration components, as well as housings and protective parts. In addition, PVDF is also suitable for producing auxiliary tooling and fixtures—such as baskets and graphite boats—used in the fabrication of photovoltaic cells; its chemical resistance and mechanical strength meet the requirements of the production process, ensuring the service life and stability of these tooling components.
