PPH and PVDF pipes and fittings exhibit excellent corrosion resistance, non‑adsorptive properties, and superior sealing performance, making them widely used in online flue gas monitoring (CEMS) systems within the instrumentation and control industry. PPH piping offers high cost‑effectiveness, excellent aging resistance, and leak‑tight integrity, and is commonly employed for main sampling lines, exhaust‑gas pretreatment circuits, and waste‑liquid transfer pipelines, capable of withstanding corrosive flue gas components such as sulfur dioxide and hydrogen chloride. PVDF piping, on the other hand, withstands high temperatures and aggressive chemical environments, with an inner surface that does not adsorb flue‑gas constituents. It is primarily utilized for precision heated sampling lines, trace‑level flue‑gas sampling circuits, and high‑accuracy instrument flow‑path conduits, effectively preventing data distortion caused by adsorption of flue‑gas components or corrosion‑induced leaks, thereby ensuring continuous, accurate, and stable operation of flue‑gas emission monitoring.
